Today, I decided to bake an olde fashioned New England apple pie. I went to the Brookfield Orchards the other day and bought a bag of super tart apples. *Sour Face* So, I started Fall early.

You have got the right idea Alyssa, sour face green apples and lemon zest. Two perfect touches. I do detect a genuine love for you cooking in your sons smile...I bet he loves his Mom for baking it for him too:)
